MightyLoc 9025 is a two-component methyl methacrylate (MMA) adhesive that bonds strongly to most metals and can replace tack or spot welding for stiffeners on metal panels. It reaches a lap shear strength of 86 kg/cm2 (8.5 N/mm2, ASTM D1002) fully cured and also bonds fibreglass and composites.

MightyLoc 9025 is rated for continuous service from -40 C to +100 C and intermittent service up to +150 C, as published in the MightyLoc 9025 brochure. A powder-coating bake usually runs above 150 C, so bond after coating, or confirm the limit for your assembly with the MightyLoc team.
MightyLoc 9025 reaches full cure in 24 hours at 25 C. Mix equal parts, join and clamp within 3 minutes of mixing at 25 C, and keep the parts clamped and undisturbed until the adhesive has set.

Both parts of MightyLoc 9025 have a viscosity of 3000 to 5000 cps at 25 C, with a specific gravity of 1.16 to 1.18. Part A is green and Part B is red, and the two are mixed at a 1:1 ratio by weight and volume.

Store unopened at 25 C or below and use within 4 months. Store it in a cool, dry place at 15 to 25 C, away from direct sunlight and open flame. Do not return unused product to the original container, and transfer only the amount you need for the job.
